Diving Unlimited International, Inc. (DUI) warrants that your DUI Premium drysuit (except for the neck seal, wrist seals, zipper and valves) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of seven (7) years from the date of your original retail purchase of the drysuit, with proof of purchase.
DUI warrants that your Standard drysuits: Coronado II, Yukon II, Cortez, and CD300-Sport (except for the neck seal, wrist seals, zipper and valves) will each be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (3) years from the date of your original retail purchase of the drysuit, with proof of purchase.
DUI warrants that the zipper, the exhaust valves, the inlet valve and crotch strap for your purchased drysuit will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of your original retail purchase of the drysuit, with proof of purchase.
DUI warrants that the neck and wrist seals included as part of your purchased drysuit will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of your original retail purchase of the drysuit, with proof of purchase.
DUI warrants that the Weight & Trim Systems, DiveWear, RockBoots, Hoods, Dry Glove Systems and other accessories included as part of your purchased drysuit will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of your original retail purchase of the drysuit, with proof of purchase.
Any product determined by DUI, in its sole discretion, to be defective in materials or workmanship in accordance with the above warranties will be repaired or replaced at the option of DUI, free of charge, when received at the factory freight prepaid, together with proof of purchase. This warranty is not extended with the repair or replacement of the item.
This warranty is provided expressly in lieu of all other express warranties. Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the same duration as this express warranty.
This warranty does not cover, and DUI shall not be liable, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty does not cover wear and tear from normal use.
This warranty does not cover fading or any other damage resulting from misuse, willful damage, abuse, negligence, neglect, alteration, failure to perform maintenance as instructed, damage caused by contaminants, or unauthorized repair or service of or relating to your purchased drysuit and/or dry suit accessories.
This warranty does not cover any representation or warranty made by dealers beyond the express provisions of this warranty.
This warranty does not cover costs incurred for normal repair, inspection and preventative maintenance or your drysuit.
This warranty is a consumer warranty extended only to the original retail purchaser, and does not apply to drysuits, drysuit accessories or related equipment used for any commercial purposes and/or by dive professionals including instructors, divemasters/dive leaders, Public Safety Divers and/or underwater photographers, etc.
You must establish proof of purchase to obtain warranty service or replacement pursuant to this warranty. Proof of purchase may be established by completing the Warranty Registration at www.divedui.com.

USA WARRANTY
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights
which vary from state to state. Ocean Management Systems, distributed by DUI in the U.S., warrants that all OMS products based upon the individual terms and conditions set forth for each product.
Buoyancy Compensator Systems:
Two (2) years from the original purchase date OMS warrants the BCD to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Airstream Evoque Regulator:
Two (2) years from the original purchase date OMS warrants the Regulator to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Note, OMS Life Support Equipment should be inspected & Serviced Annually by an authorized Service Center. Service Prices does not include parts or shipping. Turnaround Service time is approximately 7-10 days.
Accessories:
One (1) year to be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of retail purchase.
GENERAL TERMS:
